Does Drinking Water Really Give You Glowing Skin?

For sure this is one of my Most Wanted posts! In my inbox, most of you want to know, more in detail, about my current skin products/makeup newbies/tips in is fair that today I reveal a basic one (jokes aside!) regarding drinking "lots of water". I’ve found that water makes a big difference in my skin health, in fact, my acne lesions have totally reduced, pores and wrinkles less prominent. My daily amount of intake water is around 1,5lt to 2lt, I tried my best to achieve that goal which is never so easy, but I try to stick with it. This post is just a quick reminder about the benefits towards your skin and health in general. I can guarantee you that my skin, as it is hydrated, it is less likely to crack and let in external particles that can cause me irritations and blemishes. Keep drinking!!
